About FashioNay
A little about me and FashioNay. My name is Naomi and once upon a time I worked for a fashion magazine as a Financial Analyst. I’ve always enjoyed working with numbers, but paired with fashion I enjoyed it even more. It spoke volumes of who I am, a woman who loves clothing, shoes, and handbags at affordable prices! You might be saying to yourself “so do I!”, but just because we’re born women doesn’t mean we have a knack for shopping or the patience for finding a bargain. Hence, FashioNayis born! FashioNay was created for those who don't like to shop, need help making the right shopping choices, and those that don't like shopping for a bargain, but like paying bargain prices. But let’s not confuse being frugal with being cheap, for there is a difference and it definitely shows in your wardrobe!
How many times have you been out having a good time with friends and suddenly in walks a woman dressed in an outfit either she has no business wearing, makes her look like she got dressed in the dark, or makes you say “damn, she has NO friends if the ones she has let her come out like THAT!”? Come on, we’ve all seen her, and worst case scenario, might have even been her! The world of fashion is constantly evolving and a lot of us like to evolve with it. But as much as I enjoy following the latest trends, I don’t believe in following them if they aren’t for me. We all have a unique style. I believe in embracing that style and not falling victim to what’s not for us, i.e. the skinny jean. It’s a great look, but not for everyone. If you’re squeezing into them and don’t belong in them, you’ll stick out more than the woman wearing sweats with shoes! I hope that’s not YOU, but if it is, that’s what FashioNay is here for!
My goal isn’t to turn you into someone you’re not; it’s to help you embrace the fashionista in you! Getting dressed shouldn’t be a task; it should be fun, simple, and should speak of who you are. If you’re the simple type looking for a little edge, I can help find that edge with a belt and pair of heels. Abracadabra, you’re ready for a night out! If you’re the business type trying to throw some color into your wardrobe, I can turn your day wear into date wear in no time. If you’re honestly just clueless as to what goes with what, Lois has Superman and now you have FashioNay!
Let me not forget those of you just too busy to shop or who just aren't shopping fanatics. I can help you as well by ridding you of the task completely. Tell me your budget and I'll work my magic! Whatever your need, I can and will help you! I can do the shopping for you, with you, or you can see what the site has to offer and do it yourself!
